Gothia Towers and Upper House Level Up with Speeron’s Key Pick-Up Stations!✨
We’re proud to share that our long-standing collaboration with Gothia Towers and Upper House has taken another exciting step forward. In addition to existing solutions such as TV system and channel distribution, as well as the Online Check-in and Check-out solution, Gothia Towers have now been enhanced with Key Pick-Up Stations – further streamlining and modernizing the guest arrival experience.
Guests now complete check-in online before arrival via personalized email and SMS invitations. Upon reaching the hotel, they simply retrieve their room keys from the Key Pick-Up Stations – no queues, no delays. This efficient process brings guests to their rooms in minutes while significantly reducing pressure on front desk operations.
To support seamless navigation, both the digital invitations and Pick-Up Station screens display tower and floor details, helping guests find their way directly and effortlessly.
